Ladies these bras are fabulous! I just ordered 2 more. They are so soft and stretchy and really help smooth out the rear armpit bulge we tend to get as we age. They have just the right amount of padding too. I’m so happy I found them! I just hope the pad does not get all twisted up in the delicate wash. There is a hole where you can remove the pad if you want to also. My true size M is perfect. They also come with a hook extender if you need that.

Finally! It's so hard to find bras that can support the weight of a 36G. I used to look frumpy because they would sit on my stomach.
